Alyssa A. Yenikomshian Boston, Massachusetts
Ms. Yenikomshian joined Rosenfeld Rafik & Sullivan in 2002 and became a litigation attorney in 2007. She focuses on representing individuals with chronic illnesses and disabilities in employee-benefit related matters including short-and long-term disability benefits as well as health insurance and long-term care insurance coverage. Ms. Yenikomshian's practice also includes public health care coverage issues, including without limitation, Massachusetts health care reform, federal health care reform, and Medicare coverage. Ms. Yenikomshian has helped to secure both public and private benefits for her clients through the administrative process and litigation. Ms. Yenikomshian received a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Tufts University. Ms. Yenikomshian was awarded her law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she received awards for oral advocacy and legal briefing. Ms. Yenikomshian also completed the Health and Biomedical Law concentration at Suffolk with distinction honors. Her thesis topic focused on the mental illness limitation in disability insurance plans.
